The service

Learn Imagine is operated by LightlySweetened LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"). Learn Imagine generates personalized lessons with AI. Content is produced live and can be wrong — it is a learning tool, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not certify compliance with any state's education standards. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Accounts

Accounts are for adults (18 or older); children never create accounts or sign in. An account holder creates learner profiles for children in their care and manages them: a profile is a nickname and an optional grade level, nothing more, and the account holder can review or permanently delete a child's record at any time. The account holder is responsible for the profiles under their account. You may use the service without an account for a first lesson; an account is needed to keep progress and to use family features.

Free trial

Creating an account starts a 7-day trial of every Plus feature. No payment method is collected for the trial and it never converts into a paid plan on its own: when it ends, the free features keep working and the Plus features pause until you choose to subscribe.

Plus subscription

Learn Imagine Plus is a recurring subscription billed by Stripe, either monthly at $10 or annually at $96 (USD, plus any applicable tax). It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. One subscription covers every learner profile in the account.

You can cancel at any time from Manage Plus (the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; you keep Plus until then and are not charged again. We do not refund partial periods. If we change the price, we will email the account holder at least 30 days before the new price applies to a renewal.

Fair use

Use the service for learning. Automated scraping, bulk generation, attempting to extract the underlying prompts or models, or circumventing usage limits is not allowed. Daily limits exist only to keep the service available for everyone; normal practice — even intense daily practice — never reaches them, and reaching one never locks anything permanently.

Your content

What you type and draw stays yours. You give us the license needed to process it — generating your lessons, tracking mastery, showing a parent their child's work — and nothing more. You can erase a child's record from the Family page and your own from the dashboard. See the privacy policy for what we store and who processes it.

Availability

The service is provided as-is, without warranty, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the service we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and, for paid subscribers, to refund any unused portion of a prepaid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above always shows the current version. Material changes for subscribers will be announced by email before they take effect.
